In the auditorium with a wide range of ages. Most of our teenagers attend at this time.
You are always welcome. We are pretty casual and you don't need to dress up.
You can participate or sit and watch.
We will sing, pray, hear the Bible read and preached, and enjoy some food together afterwards. We also regularly join together in the Lord's Supper (or Holy Communion).
Kids' Church
Children are precious and we want them to learn to trust and follow Jesus too. Kids' Church is for primary-aged children during school terms.
About 15 minutes after church starts, children are taken by their leaders to the Emmanuel Church for Bible teaching, games and craft. They can, of course, stay with their adults in church. We love having kids with us.
Parents with babies are welcome to use our Parents Room facilities for privacy and a quiet space if needed.
We value the safety and wellbeing of all children at our church, and our Kids' Church Leaders are vetted, trained and regularly refreshed in Safe Ministry practices.
Bible Study Groups
Bible Study Groups meet throughout the week. They deepen relationships with others as you read the Bible and apply it to your lives together. Get in touch to find a group that works for you.

Standout Youth
We join forces with our friends at Lawson Baptist Church to run a Friday Night Youth Group for high schoolers. We want youth to think about Jesus and the big questions of life for themselves. We open the Bible and discuss it, play games and eat supper together.
Fridays during school term time,
7-9pm.

Central Villages Anglican Church.

Lawson Baptist Church.
Fresh Food Pantry
We run a fortnightly Fresh Food Pantry, to provide quality fresh food for those who might otherwise go without. Costs $5. Fortnightly on Wednesdays, 1pm-2pm

School Scripture Classes
We teach SRE ('Scripture') at Lawson Public School and Hazelbrook Public School. Lots of parents in our area are keen for their children to know something about Jesus and its our privilege to be able to take these lessons. You can ask your school to ensure your child is in the Protestant Scripture Class.
Additional Services
We are honoured to be asked by families to take a loved one’s funeral. It is our privilege to be able to walk with you and support you in a time of great sadness and grief. To avoid disappointment, please be in touch with us as soon as possible, so that we can form a plan with you that will suit everybody involved.
Getting married is a big, wonderful, meaning-filled thing! We love having Weddings at our church, and also preparing couples for a lifetime spent together.
The birth of a baby is a happy occasion, and we love getting to help and encourage local families as they raise the next generation to know God.
