FINANCIAL giving & COVID-19
Dear members of Central Villages Anglican Church,
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our church is going to be remaining active and alive.
We are also hoping that we will be able to give meaningful support (practical and spiritual) to those in our church family affected by the pandemic, either through sickness and job loss.
Which means that your giving to church is as needed as it has ever been.
The Wardens (David Pitt, Sarah Angelinetta, Leslie Cowles) are conscious that some people may have less funds available at this time, and may have to decrease giving for a period. Others may find themselves more able to give. Our hope is that, together, we can continue to raise the funds needed to keep our church loving and living and sharing the gospel throughout COVID-19 and beyond.
If, at this time, you are unable to do your giving to church because you usually use cash, the Wardens would like to encourage you to consider setting up 'electronic giving' during this time. This is where your giving is transferred directly from your bank account to the church bank account.
This can be set up either through your Internet Banking or your Phone Banking.
It can be set up as a one-off, or as a recurring transfer.
The church bank account details that you will need are:
Name: Anglican Parish Of Lawson
Account Number: 308142
This form of giving is secure, and very helpful in times like these.
Close to 90% of our church giving is already done through electronic means.
